The ideal candidate will work independently, have frequent client communication, and zealously represent clients both in and out of court. To be considered, you should have experience in all manner of discovery, motion work, and trial preparation, and he or she should be capable of managing multiple soft and hard deadlines. Trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research
- Meet court and soft deadlines
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Attend court to argue motions
- Attend mediations
- Work with a senior associate or partner to strategize on cases
Qualifications
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Familiarity with online research tools (Lexis-Nexis and various AI tools)
Compensation
- $125,000-$225,000 (depending on experience).
- Monthly performance bonuses—your hard work is recognized, rewarded, and appreciated. We have a modest monthly billable requirement and reward you for billed time that exceeds the minimums. Yet you won't have to wait until the end of the year to receive the benefits of your hard work.
