Overview
The Integration Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Director of Practice Integration, supports the Integration team by executing responsibilities and processes relative to acquisitions, specifically focused on leading onsite pre-close assessments. The coordinator receives oversight and mentorship from the supervisor, with direct communication, partnership, service, and accountability to the Integration Team. The coordinator works amongst MB2 departments, including, but not limited to IT & Procurement, to execute the pre-close onsite assessments. The coordinator upholds the highest level of integrity, work ethic, written and verbal communication while adhering to company policy and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two years clinical dental experience (ideal candidate is a dental assistant)
- Ability to travel 50% and while in the field, able to work after hours (evening), and be flexible when travel assignments are provided.
- Extremely organized and able to work amongst multiple platforms: intranet, communication channels, excel, shared drives, project management platforms.
- Strong communication, written & verbal skills, and the ability to critically think.
- Ability to time manage, work amongst multiple departments and be accountable to deadlines.
- Strong ability to document and follow process, including answering e-mail by department service level agreements.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from home, with time spent periodically, at the MB2 office in Carrollton, TX (team meetings, events, and 1:1 meetings)
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
JOB TASKS
- Primary: travel to dental offices (anywhere in the US) to perform a pre-close onsite assessment in partnership with a MB2 IT field tech.
