Position Summary
M. Bohlke Veneer Corp. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to support daily warehouse operations by accurately entering product data. This position works directly within the warehouse environment and is responsible for ensuring records are accurate, pallet information is properly tracked, and data is entered in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well with others, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Accurately enter warehouse data using the Bohlke Grading System.
- Learn and utilize the SAP system to process warehouse and inventory transactions.
- Track and maintain pallet print records and related documentation.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identified.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date warehouse records.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate information flow.
- Assist with inventory tracking and other warehouse documentation as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures while working in the warehouse.
- Perform other warehouse data entry duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous data entry, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new software, including SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Physical & Working Conditions
- Work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment.
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting may be required.
- Regular use of a computer, scanner, and other office and warehouse equipment.
