Accounts Payable - Receivable Clerk

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our financial operations, ensuring accounts are accurate, and keeping our processes running smoothly.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our Accounts Payable - Receivable Clerk, you start your day by reviewing outstanding accounts and making necessary collection calls to keep accounts up to date. Throughout the day, you'll reconcile credit card and vendor statements, process invoices with precision, and ensure financial records are current and organized. You collaborate with the team to resolve billing and collection issues, ensuring smooth operations and financial stability. Managing accounts, posting credits, and generating reports for management will keep you engaged, while assisting with end-of-month book closing ensures everything balances accurately.

You'll work Monday – Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, ensuring financial transactions are completed accurately and on time.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - RECEIVABLE CLERK

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of experience in AR/AP
• QuickBooks experience
• Strong data entry and advanced computer skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to train and motivate colleagues
• Ability to sit, climb stairs, and type for long periods of time

Preferred qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting
• ServiceTitan experience
• Knowledge of the industry
