MB Contractors, Inc. seeks an Office & Marketing Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience to join our team in Roanoke, VA.
The Office & Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for maintaining smooth daily operations of the office while simultaneously supporting the company’s brand growth, digital presence, and project pursuits. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between office administration and estimating teams, ensuring project documentation, compliance, and marketing materials are accurate, timely, and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Growth:
o Content Creation & Management: Social Media Management, website updates, and creating marketing materials like brochures and flyers.
o Event Coordination: Assist in the logistics and planning of company events, industry trade shows, or client networking functions.
Proposal & Project Support:
o Content Assembly & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, create draft content, and ensure technical accuracy.
o Content Library Maintenance: Maintain, update, and organize a centralized database (or "knowledge base") of past proposals, standard language, and company information.
o Assisting with bid forms, managing CRM (Unanet), and tracking subcontractor insurance.
Office Operations:
o Greeting guests, managing mail/deliveries, and maintaining office supplies.
o Purchase Order Management ensuring the accurate and timely processing and routing of all vendor invoices.

Qualifications and Technical Requirements
· Minimum High School diploma is required.
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· Minimum 2 yrs. experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
· Experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
· Experience in or ability to learn Procore is required.
· Experience with Unanet CRM by Cosential preferred.
· Driver’s license required.
· Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Work Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
