General Manager and involves managing manufacturing engineers, working with
sales, and addressing key operational challenges.
The Role
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead new
product launches, drive process improvements, and ensure operational
excellence. This is a hands-on position ideal for a proactive leader who
thrives in a technical, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Process
Optimization: Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes
to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Project
Leadership: Manage new product launches and engineering changes,
ensuring on-time delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborative
Problem-Solving: Partner with cross-functional teams to address
production challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operational
Excellence: Conduct floor assessments, lead improvement meetings, and
optimize layouts to enhance workflows.
- Technical
Expertise: Work with advanced tools like SolidWorks and Mastercam to
maintain and improve manufacturing operations.
- Team Development: Mentor manufacturing engineers and help build consensus across teams to foster growth and alignment.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- Strong
background in CNC machining and GD&T.
- Exposure
to ERP systems and regulated environments (ISO 13485, ISO 9001).
- Ideal
skills include machining/programming, laser marking, parts validation,
and CMM programming.
- Technical
Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks and Mastercam.
