Duties
- Greet guests and customers warmly, providing excellent guest services and hospitality throughout their visit
- Assist with vehicle parking, including
parking regulations and ensuring efficient lot flow - Drive vehicles within the lot or dealership premises using manual transmission or automatic transmission as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot by sweeping, trash removal, and basic landscaping tasks
- Support maintenance activities such as minor repairs, reporting larger issues to appropriate personnel
- Help with vehicle movement for deliveries, test drives, or customer pickups while adhering to safety protocols
- Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing payments accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations and positive experiences
Skills
- Strong guest services and hospitality skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Valid driving experience with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission preferred
- Knowledge of
parking rules and regulations for efficient lot management - Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Previous dealership or retail experience is a plus; familiarity with delivery driving is advantageous
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math calculations
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
