Responsibilities:
- Maintain Dealership Property
- Picks up trash/debris from common areas as well as parking lots daily.
- Empty common area trash containers as needed
- Safely operates vehicles & other equipment for the purpose of performing job duties
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to endure fluctuations in temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work
- Ability to respond to business needs after normal business hours.
- Ability to work well independently as well as on a team
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
- Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card
