Lot Attendant / Inventory Assistant
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our dealership team. This position plays an important role in maintaining the appearance of our vehicle inventory and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot
- Arrange and move vehicles as needed for display and operations
- Photograph vehicle inventory for online listings and marketing
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready
- Pick up and transport customers when needed
- Assist with dealer trades, vehicle deliveries, and miscellaneous errands
- Monitor lot conditions and report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns
- Support the sales and service departments as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic photography or smartphone camera experience is a plus
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
