Responsibilities
- PVR, CIT, and compliance
- Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to structure financing packages tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current lending sources, credit unions, and finance companies.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Train and supervise finance department staff as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
- Must run minimum of $2000 PVR and 45% VSC penetration.
- 5 day CIT on average
- Strong understanding of finance and legal compliance related to automotive financing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in finance software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $120,000.00 to $360,000.00 per year, paid semi-monthly.
