Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate financial records related to automotive transactions
- Reconcile accounts, verify invoices, and prepare financial reports as needed
- Assist with payroll, billing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of financial information
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform other clerical and accounting tasks as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Previous experience as an accounting clerk or similar role, preferably in an automotive environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software and databases
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly pay of $22.00 - $25.00
