Position Overview
The Marketing Director will lead the dealership’s overall marketing strategy, digital content direction, branding initiatives, social media presence, advertising campaigns, and community engagement efforts.

Responsibilities: Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Email marketing platforms
- Maintain and grow dealership social media presence
- Create engaging content strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation
Content Creation
- Capture and produce photo and video content for:
- Vehicle inventory
- Promotions
- Events
- Staff spotlights
- Brand campaigns
- Collaborate with sales leadership to highlight inventory and dealership culture
- Help produce high-quality cinematic and short-form video content
Advertising & Branding
- Manage dealership advertising strategy and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and media partners
- Ensure branding consistency across all digital and physical platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
Community & Event Marketing
- Organize and promote dealership events, sponsorships, and community partnerships
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including:
- Lead generation
- Engagement metrics
- Website traffic
- Campaign ROI
- Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership
QualificationsPreferred Experience
- Marketing, media, branding, or content creation experience
- Automotive marketing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital advertising
- Experience with photo/video editing software such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- Canva
- CapCut
- Familiarity with paid advertising platforms and campaign management
