Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries from prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team
- Follow up with leads using phone, email, and text messaging
- Build rapport and provide an outstanding customer experience during every interaction
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and activity goals
- Assist with outbound customer follow-up campaigns
- Represent the dealership with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and multiple communication platforms
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
