JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Accountability: Install and repair
machines and accessories at customer site. Provide Technical information
on operation or repair of machines and accessories. Scope and
Responsibilities: Essential duties include, but not limited to the
following: \* Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment
for all employees \* Install machines and accessories at customer sites.
Installation includes all necessary assembly, leveling, aligning,
adjusting, calibrating and wiring of machines and accessories. \*
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and software problems on
machines and accessories at customer sites. \* Test operation of
machines and accessories after completing installation or repair \*
Train customers on functions of the machines \* Learn new machines
features and accessories as they become available \* Complete reports
documenting installation, assessment of reported problem, repairs
completed, parts installed \* Travel is required. Assignments will
require overnight or multiple night stay. \* Utilize various test
equipment for trouble shooting purpose, indicators, test bars, clamp
force, gages, etc\.... Education/Certification: \* 2-year technical
training in electronics, mechanical or machine tool assembly \* 3-7
years of experience in Field Service \* High School Diploma Skills: \*
Read/understand engineering drawings \* Ability to work on own or in
group while completing necessary tasks \* Ability to understand PLC \*
HYD/Pneumatic circuits \* General computer skills \* Ability to lift up
to 50lbs on a repetitive daily basis. \* Heavier lifting in excess of
50lbs on periodic basis \* Ability to problem solve depending on
situation. \* Sound writing and reporting skills. \* Strong people
skills. The salary range for this position is \$70,926 to \$109,025
