The Government Contracts & Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring comprehensive regulatory governance throughout the entire lifecycle of U.S. government transactions in support of the organization’s expanding Federal Government segment. This role provides critical oversight for the government sales and account management teams, facilitating the compliant pursuit, acquisition, and fulfillment of federal government orders. Leveraging technical expertise in FAR, DFARS, and supplemental agency regulations, the Specialist ensures compliance is maintained at every touchpoint - from initial quotation and bid submission to sales order entry, fulfillment, and final invoicing. This position serves as the primary technical liaison between cross-functional business stakeholders, Supply Chain, and Legal counsel to ensure all contractual and regulatory obligations are strictly enforced for every transaction.
The Federal Government segment encompasses direct federal agency accounts, government prime contractors, and associated procurement vehicles.
