PSYOP Lesson Learned Specialist

Mayvin is seeking a PSYOP Lessons Learned Specialist to capture, analyze, and disseminating key insights and experiences gained from conducting Psychological Operations (PSYOP) activities. This role aims to improve future PSYOP operations by identifying key areas of success and failure while highlighting best practices within the realm of influencing target audiences through information dissemination and messaging strategies.

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must have an active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Actively gather feedback from PSYOP teams on the ground through after-action reports, interviews, surveys, and operational debriefs
• Identify critical lessons learned from missions and engagements
• Evaluate collected data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement related to PSYOP planning, execution, and target audience engagement
• Evaluate and identify best practices for successful tactics, techniques, and procedures across different team environments
• Recognize successful PSYOP tactics, messaging strategies, and techniques that can be replicated across different operational environments
• Develop and present briefings, reports, and contribute to knowledge management systems
• Contribute to the refinement of PSYOP doctrine and procedures based on lessons learned
• Propose updates to training materials and operational guidelines to enhance future PSYOP operations
• Coordinate with other government agencies and partner nations to share lessons learned
• Analyze and disseminate key insights from internet-based PSYOP activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum SECRET clearance, select positions require TS/SCI eligibility
• Bachelor’s Degree required (experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of PSYOP principles, doctrine, and the ability to influence foreign audiences through messaging and information dissemination.
• Prior experience conducting PSYOP operations in a deployed environment is highly beneficial.
