What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Engagement Specialist position at Mayvin, Inc.?
Mayvin is seeking a Partner Engagement Specialist to support a Federal Law Enforcement program in Washington, D.C. Capital Region. The Specialist will play a key role in coordinating Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner agencies and documenting requests for reimbursable services. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
This position is pending contract award.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and execute daily duty assignments and longer-term projects as identified by the USCP
- Engage with partner agencies to initiate, finalize, and invoice against USCP MOUs
- Prepare, review, and track documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide clear and timely communication with partner agencies via phone and electronic correspondence
- Support invoicing and documentation processes related to reimbursable services
- Maintain organized records in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
- Availability to work late evenings, weekends, or holidays as mission requires
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive partner relationships
- Familiarity with law enforcement operations and terminology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in partner engagement, agreements, or contract support
- Prior experience supporting law enforcement or government agencies
