What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst II position at Mayvin, Inc?
Mayvin is seeking to hire a Program Analyst II to support the U.S. Marshals Service’s (USMS) Tactical Operations Division (TOD) with the administrative tracking of Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP) plan submissions and training records. Additionally, this role will help with the COOP site badging and credentialing station.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administrative tracking of COOP plan submissions and training records.
- Assist with the site badging and credentialing station for the COOP.
- Serves as the primary point of contact to represent executives with both internal and external clients.
- Assist with the analysis of data and metrics in preparation of reports and briefing materials.
- Oversee special projects from initiation to completion.
- Compose, draft, edit, and prepare correspondence such as letters, emails, memos, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Three years of administrative experience supporting senior-level leadership.
- Strong organizational skills demonstrating the ability to efficiently handle and prioritize multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with a government agency.
