Summary: The Online Learning and Student Responsibility Aide supports students in the digital learning environment and administration with in-school discipline. This position monitors attendance, tracks progress, assists students with coursework, and maintains communication with staff and families to promote academic success and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students in online/virtual courses and in-school discipline.
- Record daily attendance and monitor progress.
- Assist students with coursework or technology questions.
- Communicate with teachers to obtain assignments for discipline students.
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports.
- Support school operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred).
- Experience working with students or in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, and technology skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a positive learning environment while being firm, consistent, and fair with student expectations.
Schedule: Full-time, school-year position following the district calendar.
Location: On-site at Mayville MS/HS.
Pay: $ $125.00 per day
