Front Counter & Parts Assistant (Maysville, KY) | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

About the Role

Maysville Auto Repair is looking for a reliable, organized team member to help with customer service, automotive parts, social media content, and shop cleanliness.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle payments
• Support the Service Advisor and follow up on declined services
• Order automotive parts, manage inventory, and communicate with vendors
• Take daily photos and videos of shop activities, repairs, and team highlights for social media and website content
• Help create and post engaging content on the shop’s social media accounts
• Clean and organize the office, lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, and parts area
• Run local errands as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and organized
• Automotive knowledge and strong computer skills required
• Parts experience preferred
• Good communication and multitasking skills
• Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating social media content
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | No Weekends
