The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands the balance between luxury hospitality, patient satisfaction, team accountability, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
- Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and professionalism.
- Ensure patients receive an exceptional, consistent, luxury experience.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, provider productivity, and key performance indicators.
- Drive membership growth, treatment rebooking, retail sales, and patient retention.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and operational efficiency.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development.
- Address patient concerns and identify opportunities to improve service.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, practice policies, and established procedures.
- Partner with practice leadership to achieve business goals and maintain high standards.
- Previous management experience in a medical spa, aesthetics practice, plastic surgery office, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with sales, revenue goals, team development, and operational performance.
- A professional, service-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative, make sound decisions, and work independently.
- Medical aesthetics experience preferred; an active clinical license is not required.
