Role
This is a full-time role for a Client Service Associate.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with the firm's three investment advisors to provide service and support to clients.
- Working with custodians to prepare new account applications and to manage account transfers.
- Assisting clients with account maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
- Managing the client meeting calendar.
- Assisting with the preparation of client reports.
- Various other operational tasks to support the firm and its clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills.
- One to two years of relevant experience.
