We are seeking a proactive and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Duties
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar coordination using Google Workspace or similar tools.
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail.
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic office management tasks using QuickBooks or comparable software.
- Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience in an office environment, preferably within healthcare or dental settings. A background in clerical work, administrative support, or reception duties is essential. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry is required. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively. Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and familiarity with medical or dental receptionist responsibilities such as calendar management and phone etiquette are critical for success in this role. Pay: $24.02 - $31.93 per hour
