We will train the Enrollment associate on the latest AT&T mobile technology so they can confidently connect residents to the right devices and plans, ensuring their digital lives are launched without a hitch.
As an Enrollment associate, you focus on precision and professionalism in every face-to-face interaction. The Enrollment associate will deal with device activations, plan configurations, and account setup while ensuring each enrollment reinforces AT&T Retail’s standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities of the enrollment associate
- Serve as the main point of contact in retail stores, helping customers enroll in AT&T services.
- Guide customers through device activations, making the process simple and enjoyable.
- Explain upgrade pathways and trade-in programs, encouraging customers to stay current and drive sales.
- Handle account updates and enrollment details, keeping information accurate and secure.
- Follow up with customers after enrollment, reinforcing satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.
- Support team sales goals, contributing to overall store success through consistent performance.
Minimum Qualifications of the Enrollment associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Some experience working with people in retail, sales, or enrollment services.
- Stay organized when helping with accounts, activations, and daily enrollment tasks.
- Can talk to customers face-to-face and explain AT&T phones and plans in simple words.
- Wants to build a career at AT&T Retail, starting with client enrollment and sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
