Core Functions of the Enrollment Associate
- Represent wireless programs through in-person sales interactions
- Speak with community members and generate new sales opportunities
- Explain wireless plans, benefits, and eligibility requirements during sales conversations
- Guide customers through the enrollment process and complete new sales enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and completed sales
- Work independently while contributing to Enrollment Associates sales goals and daily sales targets
- Provide a positive experience that turns interest into successful sales enrollments
Education & Experience Needed for the Enrollment Associate
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, or community outreach
- Comfortable speaking with new people and leading sales discussions
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales goals
- Previous sales, retail, outreach, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain services during sales interactions
Preferred Skills for the Enrollment Associate
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently while supporting team sales performance
- Organized approach to managing leads and tracking sales activity
