Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any repairs needed.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated applicants.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following established procedures.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
