Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean glass and frames in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- To clean all windows on commercial buildings or residential houses that are in the daily calendar
- Utilize daily operations steps to achieve the highest quality of workmanship
- Communicate all necessary details with management and team members/equipment failure, customer concerns, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- No Felonies
- Clean driving record
- Must pass drug screen
- Must pass background check
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies, along with proper handling procedures.
- Experience operating a scissor lift is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
- Must possess good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work.
