What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant – Back Office Rehab & Patient Care position at Mayfield Advanced Medical?
We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and professional Chiropractic Assistant whose personality fits our practice.
This is primarily a back-office rehab role. You will work closely with patients in the treatment and rehabilitation areas, teaching and demonstrating exercises, supporting therapies, and helping create a positive atmosphere. Personality is a big part of our practice — we want someone who is a genuine people person, upbeat, professional, and able to
connect with patients while keeping the clinic running smoothly.
What You’ll Do: Teach and demonstrate rehabilitation exercises by explaining and showing proper form. Guide patients through rehab and therapy sessions under the doctor’s direction. Assist with clinical support (preparing patients, applying modalities as trained, room setup and turnover). Maintain smooth patient flow in the back office/treatment areas. Keep treatment and rehab areas clean and organized. Support the patient experience with energy, friendliness, and professionalism. Handle limited front-office tasks as needed.
Who We’re Looking For: Strong people skills and a positive, energetic personality. Comfortable teaching and demonstrating exercises. Friendly, professional, and reliable. Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting. Willingness to learn our systems and protocols (paid, on-the-job training provided). High school diploma or
equivalent. Previous experience in healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(lunch 12:30–2:00 PM) Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
