Job Description
Arrow Fabricare is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all garments meet our quality standards before being delivered to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect finished garments for stains, wrinkles, damage, and finishing issues.
- Ensure all items are properly cleaned, pressed, and packaged.
- Identify and return items that require corrections or reprocessing.
- Scan and track garments throughout the quality control process.
- Communicate quality issues and potential delays to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate daily quality control reports.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced laundry environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Previous laundry, dry cleaning, or quality control experience is a plus.
