Education

- Develop and implement individualized educational programs that foster academic, social, and functional growth.
- Create a structured, positive classroom environment that promotes student success.
- Help students build essential life skills, including self-regulation, self-care, and vocational readiness.
- Mentor and support teachers and teacher assistants to enhance learning and collaboration.
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique learning and behavioral needs.
- Guide and mentor teachers and teacher assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team.
- Analyze student progress using data-driven strategies to refine instructional methods and interventions.
- Stay at the forefront of evidence-based practices in special education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and best-practice standards in special education and behavior management.
- Education: Master’s degree preferred.
- Licensure: Current or pursuing MA State Teaching License in Moderate or Severe Special Education.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and ABA knowledge preferred.
- Qualities: Empathy, patience, and a passion for making a difference.
