The Revenue & Contract Administrator is a key member of the FP&A team responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and administration of approximately $66M in Massachusetts state contracts with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), supporting 320 people in 77 residential programs statewide. This role ensures contracts are accurate, current, compliant, and properly aligned with the monthly billing cycle.
The Administrator will manage contract creation, renewals, amendments, reconciliations, and billing summaries, while liaising with DDS and internal teams. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently problem-solve and follow through with accuracy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Prepare and process new contracts, renewals, and amendments for approximately $66M in DDS state contracts.
Monthly Billing: Oversee and verify the accuracy of the monthly billing cycle.
Communication: Liaise with DDS on contract execution, amendments, and billing matters.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed schedules of contracts and relevant information.
Revenue Recording: Prepare monthly summaries of state contract billing and retroactive billing.
Reconciliation: Ensure all aspects of contract management and billing are reconciled accurately.
Support: Assist the FP&A team with annual audits and the Uniform Financial Statement (UFR).
Problem Solving: Independently identify, research, and resolve issues related to contracts or billing discrepancies.
Collaboration: Support internal teams to ensure alignment across billing, accounting, and financial reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
