As a BT at our West Springfield Center, you\'ll provide one-on-one,
evidence-based ABA therapy to help children develop communication,
social, play, and daily living skills. You\'ll implement individualized
behavior support plans (BSPs) and assist in reducing challenging
behaviors. You\'ll collect data, track progress, and collaborate with
supervisors (BCBAs) to ensure effective treatment. What You\'ll do, your
impact Tailored Support: Dive into the world of individualized treatment
plans, guiding clients through communication, social, and daily living
skill development. Data-Driven Insights: data collection and analysis to
track client progress and behavior, ensuring every step forward is
celebrated. Empowering Connections: Offer invaluable feedback and
