Our agency offers individualized programming for children with autism. Which includes skill building, dietary issues, behavior changes, and family training in Applied Behavior Analysis. Our services take place within the client’s home as well as in the community. You will be trained to successfully provide services that will make a difference and change a child’s life.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role as a Behavior Technician. Our sessions range from 2 to 4 hours per day after school hours and sometimes on weekends. We try to match your availability to a client to give you the schedule and hours that work best for all. This position could work well for Education and/or Psychology Majors who are looking for part time employment. BCBA Candidates in a BCBA Master's Program, we can provide the necessary supervision for your program! The Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a licensed behavior analyst to provide behavioral intervention services.
Key responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans, engaging clients in therapeutic activities, monitoring behavioral progress, and collecting and analyzing data to ensure program effectiveness. Collaboration with clients, families, and other team members will be essential to deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes.
We offer training and support to allow you to be successful. We will assist you in furthering your career to become a Registered Behavior Technician and can also assist with becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Experience in Behavioral Intervention techniques and implementing treatment plans
- Basic knowledge of Psychology and understanding of developmental disabilities
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented approach to working with individuals
- Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of diverse clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required
