Your Role In Action
- Own the Logistics: Coordinate training schedules, manage registration, prep materials, and maintain clean, organized training spaces.
- Lead Recertification Sessions: Facilitate training such as Safety Care, CPR, and First Aid.
- Track & Report: Maintain accurate documentation, input data into the Learning Management System, and support audit readiness.
- Support Quality Training: Order supplies, maintain equipment, and ensure a professional and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with Purpose: Work closely with managers, trainers, and vendors to ensure smooth, effective training delivery.
- Keep Certifications Current: Stay up to date as a certified trainer across required disciplines.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in human services or training
- 1 year of experience in human services and/or training coordination
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in leading group training sessions
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications
- Clear oral and written communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Competitive Pay: $25.24-29.80 hourly
