May Family Chiropractic is a growing, family-oriented practice dedicated to helping our patients look, feel, and function better. We’re seeking a motivated Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our team and grow with us.
Job Description
As a Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant, you’ll begin with hands-on training as a receptionist, where you’ll learn the core functions of our office—answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with insurance processing. As you develop, we’ll cross-train you into additional roles within the clinic. With each new skill, you’ll gain more opportunities for growth and increased pay. Full time/part time flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism, warmth, and care
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle patient check-in/out
- Manage patient files and insurance information
- Support chiropractors and team members in daily office operations
- Learn and grow into clinical support and additional office responsibilities
- After 90 days, represent May Family Chiropractic at local community events (average of 4 hours/month) to connect with the community and help bring in new patients
Requirements:
- Speak/Read Spanish
- Some college appreciated
- Outgoing, bubbly personality with a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Team-oriented and eager to learn
- Flexibility to work primarily in Morristown and occasionally in Jefferson City as needed
