Job Overview
Marsh Chiropractic & Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, energetic, and dependable Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is passionate about holistic health and wellness.
As a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant, you will work directly with patients and the chiropractor to provide therapies, assist with patient flow, and help create an exceptional patient experience. No chiropractic experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients throughout their visit
- Set up and administer therapies as directed by the chiropractor
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises and wellness recommendations
- Maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
- Assist with patient flow and appointment scheduling
- Perform basic administrative duties, including answering phones and checking patients in/out
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
- Comfortable working with people of all ages
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Previous healthcare, fitness, customer service, or chiropractic experience/CTA licensure is a plus, but not required

Schedule
- Full-time 32-36 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekend marketing events*
