Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, daytime hours (hours depend on client and schedule availability as well as caseload)

What Your Days Will Look Like
You will work directly with children in a center-based setting, building skills through play, structure, and connection. Your work will be hands-on, meaningful, and supported every step of the way.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Use positive reinforcement, prompting, and play-based strategies to support learning
- Adjust sessions based on each child’s energy, needs, and environment
- Support communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
- Collect accurate data on behaviors and skill acquisition using Passage Health
- Help children navigate routines, transitions, and daily activities
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming therapy space

- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training

What We Are Looking For
This role is for RBTs who are ready to work and confident in their skills.
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Warm, patient, and emotionally attuned with children
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable collecting data and following clinical protocols
CPR certification and mandated reporter training are required, and we provide both at no cost if needed.
