JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Intern will support the corporate marketing team in executing key initiatives across the multifamily portfolio. This role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, property-level audits, brand consistency, and operational organization. The intern will play an active role in ensuring accuracy across online listings, supporting transparency in pricing and fees, assisting with social media efforts, and contributing to new website launches. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in multifamily marketing and property operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct regular audits of Internet Listing Services (ILS) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization of property listings
- Review and support implementation of fee transparency across marketing channels and property websites
- Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling social media content aligned with brand standards
- Support organization and maintenance of marketing assets and resources within SharePoint
- Utilize Monday.com to track projects, manage workflows, and ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives
- Assist with new website rollouts, including content updates, QA checks, and coordination with internal and external partners
- Identify inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement across digital touchpoints and report findings to the marketing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to support property-level needs
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Monday.com
- Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or property marketing preferred
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
