We’re currently adding a Maintenance Technician to the team at Boulevard @ 4201 Apartments in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to be part of a company where their contributions are recognized and supported.

In this role, you will:
- Turn vacant units efficiently to prepare them for new residents
- Handle day-to-day service requests, including general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Be part of an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor on ongoing property projects
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Prior experience in residential maintenance, including completing work orders and unit turns
- A solid foundation in general maintenance trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair
- EPA Type II or Universal certification is preferred
- A dependable, self-motivated approach with strong organizational habits
- A team-oriented attitude
