About the Role

We’re seeking a Full-Time RN/LPN IV and Plasma Exchange Nurse (Monday-Friday) with a strong passion for patient-centered healthcare. This role not only involves providing a top-tier plasma exchange experience but also engaging with our expanding IV therapy services to support patient wellness comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform IV access and venipuncture with precision
• Set up and conduct apheresis procedures with accuracy and confidence
• Deliver compassionate patient care and thorough documentation with high attention to detail
• Engage with patients in person, by phone, and via messaging, ensuring seamless communication and care
• Coordinate patient inquiries and provide efficient, organized support for patient needs
• Complete administrative tasks, including patient scheduling and follow-ups
• Work closely with the MaxWell team to deliver a top-tier, holistic patient experience
• Clearly communicate MaxWell Clinic’s comprehensive service offerings
• Document and communicate effectively within the EMR system

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license
• 2 years of nursing experience, ideally within a hospital or apheresis center, with strong references
• EMR experience (preferred but not required)
