Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Lawrence, KS. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of property equipment. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing equipment issues, performing maintenance tasks, responding to service requests, and ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely. The role supports the overall operations of the property to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Qualifications
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Apartment Maintenance
- Ability to perform and manage Preventive Maintenance effectively
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliance repair is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to be on-call every 4 weeks.
