Job Description
Experience: 4 to 10 Years
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Production

- Strong understanding of aluminium extrusion operations, including metal flow, billet heating, extrusion parameters, quenching, stretching, and aging
- Hands-on experience working with extrusion press capacities ranging from 600T to 1800T
- Hands on experience of aluminium alloys such as 6063, 6061, 6082, 6005, 6101, including their extrusion behaviour and mechanical properties
- Ability to identify and analyse extrusion defects, die behaviour, and process correction techniques
- Strong understanding of OEE, CTQ parameters, SPC, and key production system controls
- Capability to interpret production data for improving productivity, quality, and yield
- Ability to read and understand production drawings, process sheets, and standard technical documents
