Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform variance analysis and explain expense variances to senior leaders.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain financial models that support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Run in-depth data analysis to surface key metrics and actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize financial operations.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across the organization.
- Based in the United States, in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and analysis.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems.
