Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role manages daily phone and email interactions, follows up with leads, and helps build a strong customer experience while developing toward opportunities such as Customer Service Supervisor or Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist business customers and existing account holders with questions, requests, and service needs.
- Support inbound sales activities and identify opportunities to meet customer needs.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with leads to support sales conversion and customer engagement.
- Manage daily customer interactions by phone and email.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer sales and service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
