We're growing our Tampa Sales Team and looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first face customers meet — in retail environments and promotional settings where personality matters just as much as experience.
Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, or looking for your first professional role, full training is provided from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming and engaging customers in a friendly, professional way
- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences
- Learning and confidently explaining products, services, and current promotions
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the right solutions
- Answering questions and handling concerns with confidence
- Supporting customer registrations, account setups, and service activations
- Working with the team to hit shared customer service and sales goals
- Representing brands professionally at retail locations and promotional events
Compensation
- Monthly OTE: $3,497 average on-target earnings
- Weekly pay with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses
- Additional incentives and recognition programs
