Food Runner

Maxime’s is the newest private member’s club opening from entrepreneur Robin Birley, located on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, New York City.

We are seeking a talented Runner to join our world- class hospitality brigade. Reporting to our Zodiac Lounge and Bar Manager, the Runner will work closely with the Servers and other front-of-house team members to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure the highest possible level of member satisfaction, elevating Maxime’s brand and service standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success as a Runner within fine dining, Michelin-starred establishments, or luxury hotel settings.
• Fosters a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attending to all members’ needs in a courteous and professional manner.
• To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service.
• To actively assist the Servers and Server Assistants in the food and beverage service.
• Thrives in high- end environments, consistently upholding superior service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Maintains a professional, upbeat demeanor and embraces a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays per the needs of the business.
