Your Role at Maxima:
- Collaborate with account executives to manage complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct customer-facing activities such as technical discovery calls.
- Design and present tailored demos based on customer and business needs.
- Oversee and execute technical proof-of-concept (POC) processes.
- Design and configure Maxima’s products based on customers accounting workflows.
- Configure and tune AI systems in Maxima
- Develop implementation scoping document for each customer that launches with Maxima
- Work with the engineering team to build out integrations for different transaction systems like revenue, billing, account payable etc.
- Troubleshoot, debug, fix, and upgrade software to ensure reliable and robust performance in production environments
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions
Your Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in staff accountant, accounting manager or controller or in public accounting
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Must have strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
- Extensive experience with Excel, Google Sheets and other spreadsheet software
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and consultative skills
- Well organized and be able to multi task and execute multiple implementations simultaneously
- Highly energetic, positive and passionate team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative orientation
- Attention to detail and must have ability to make decisions quickly
