About The Role
As a Deployment Strategist at Greenlite, you'll lead the charge deploying AI agents in highly regulated banking environments that help banks and fintechs fight financial crime at massive scale. You'll work directly with our biggest customers ensuring our AI deployments solve real customer problems while driving expansion of our enterprise contracts. Your deployment work is informed by real customer needs and impacts our entire platform, so you need to build strong relationships, work effectively with go-to-market and engineering teams, understand complex banking workflows, and adapt quickly.
You're an exceptional deployment strategist who understands that financial institutions need customized guidance when adopting AI for compliance workflows. You'll synthesize disconnected streams of customer problems into understanding what the most important challenges are, what the data means, what the product needs, and where the impact could be. You're not just implementing solutions—you're building deployment strategies based on what our most sophisticated customers actually need for their compliance operations.

What You'll Do
Month 1:
- Master our AI agent platform and understand complex banking compliance workflows
- Shadow experienced team members on live customer deployments and enterprise demos
- Build and deliver your first demos to prospective customers
- Own end-to-end deployment strategy for major bank and fintech enterprise contracts
- Lead customized workflow implementations and training sessions for new customer user groups
- Partner with go-to-market and engineering teams to turn field insights into cross-company product offerings
- Become the go-to expert for AI agent deployments in regulated environments
- Lead AI agent deployments in highly regulated banking environments that meet the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to expand enterprise contracts and identify new use cases for customer workflows
- Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite banking executives
- Embed with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer insights into platform improvements
- 3 years of experience in B2B customer-facing technical roles, preferably in fintech or enterprise SaaS
- Background in AI deployment, product management, or strategy consulting
- Experience working with highly regulated industries, especially banking or financial services
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with banking executives
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and dig into the most granular problems for enterprise customers
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with willingness to travel as needed
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages (Python, R, SQL)
- Previous experience at startups scaling customer deployments for enterprise clients
- Background in compliance, risk, or financial services operations
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and building executive relationships
