Registered Nurse (RN) – Homecare (Pediatric & Adult)
$50–$56/hour Weekly Pay

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing care
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately, reporting to physicians or supervisors as needed
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring and documenting effectiveness
- Review plans of care and identify needs related to patient education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current PPD or chest X-ray (as required)
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- At least one year of RN experience preferred
