Salary: $30 - $35 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare in Taylorsville, KY, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work 1-on-1 with pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions available for day, evening, and/or night shifts.
Pay depends on schedule, experience, and the skills required per patient.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred
